Applications published by Riser Apps may collect the following information when in use. By using our applications (BLine, Neon Live Streaming), you agree that the following information may be collected.

  • Browsing history for content loaded within the app (not general browsing history outside of the app on the device)
  • Streaming info specific to the device, like wifi/cell signal strength, device orientation, torch usage, etc. during streams
  • Some device stats when the app is running, like battery and memory usage
  • Crash reporting
  • Location Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
